Betty C. Napper

Betty C. Napper, age 78, of Logan, Ohio, passed away April 9, 2021 at her residence.

Betty was born March 27, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to Grover Collinsworth and Telia Bailey Collinsworth. She was a preacher, was Pentecostal, and attended many churches; attended the House of Prayer in Corning; and started the Lighthouse Church in New Straitsville.

Surviving are her husband of 14 years, Kenneth M. Napper; children, Delmar (April) Travis of Logan, Donald (Susan) Williams of New Lexington, Cheryl Williams of Waterford, Mississippi, Victoria Williams of Logan, David (Patricia) Williams of New Straitsville, Dan (Peggy) Williams of New Straitsville, and Duane (Misty) Williams of Lancaster; grandchildren, David Edward Travis, Timothy Travis, Brian Travis, Melissa Travis, Kayla Travis, Donald Earl Williams Jr., Charles Williams, Christina Eaves, Candy Chandler, Megan Studebaker, Crystal Entingh, Justin Tolliver, Adam Williams, Caleb Williams, Amber Lemons, Whitney Hutchins, Ethan Vicroy, Ronald Hurst III, Joshua Hurst, Joseph Hurst, Gracey Bradley, Jennifer Williams, Jessica Hughes, Ashley Blair, David Williams Jr., Samantha Williams, Daniel Williams Jr., Clay Williams, Macy Williams, and Julius Williams; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters Flora (Daniel) Darst of Corning, and Brenda (Steve) Lehman of Logan; brother Ray (Melissa) Collinsworth of New Straitsville; and step-daughter Bonnie Foster of Nelsonville.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; great-grandson Gabriel Elijah Hurst; brothers, Roy Collinsworth and Bernie Collinsworth; and sisters, Joann Wilson and Rosetta Holly.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., April 14, 2021 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Randy Paige officiating. Burial was in Shaw Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed on Wednesday 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.

Masks and social distancing are required to attend.

Betty’s family wants to give a special thanks to the aides who worked tirelessly caring for her.
