Debra Chapman, age 66, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away December 17, 2019 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Debra was born September 2, 1953 in Huntington, West Virginia to Ceybert Blankenship and Dorothy Dean.
Surviving are daughters, Angela Chapman and Shanda Smith; grandchildren, Vanessa Spencer, Mike Chapman, Ellis Smith, Anthony Chapman, Allen Chapman, Austin Smith, Brooklyn Peyton, Jenna Smith, Alyssa Smith, Ryan Smith, Savannah Smith, Walter Smith, and Waylon Smith; great-grandchildren, Nolan Chapman, Evelyn Chapman, Levi Chapman, Preston Chapman, Brantley Chapman, Blaze Smith, and Alex Smith; and sisters, Caroline Sue Trull and Mary Smith. Special thanks to Ashley Locurto for all the love and care.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents; grandson Kyle Smith; and siblings, Roger Blankenship, Dianna McCallister, Axel Smith and Walter J. Smith.
Funeral services were held at 7:00 P.M., Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed on Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 4:00 P.M. to time of service.
