Debra Lynn Carpenter, age 57, of Union Furnace, Ohio, passed away November 26, 2021, at Grant Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Debra was born December 31, 1963, in Summersville, WV, to Thomas F. and Elizabeth R. Sammons.
Surviving are her sons David (Michelle) Sammons, Joshua Reed, Tommy Joe Reed; siblings Jack (Rose) Sammons, T.D. (Patty) Sammons, Ronald (Melony) Raleigh, Kenny (Kim) Raleigh, Dorris Sammons, Joe Sammons; many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Floyd and Elizabeth Rose Sammons; brother J.R. Sammons; nephew Tyler Sammons.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Phil Stevens officiating. Burial was in Gore Church Cemetery, Gore, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Tuesday from 11 AM till time the service at 1pm at the funeral home.
