Margaret “Peggie” Reiser, age 69, of Logan, Ohio passed away on March 13, 2021 at Lancaster Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved and devoted wife of Nony Reiser of Logan, Ohio for 36 years.
Peggie was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 5, 1951 and grew up in Columbus-Millersport, Ohio. She was superseded in death by her father Robert Miller; mother Pat Murphy Miller; and sister Sandy Miller.
Peggie was a 1969 graduate of Millersport High School in Millersport, Ohio. After graduation, she was the Executive Secretary at Columbus Mutual Life Insurance Company for 22 years. She later worked at Arcadia Acres Inc. for 2 years and left to join her husband in his automotive restoration business called, “MARS”, Inc.
Beside her husband, Nony, Peggie leaves behind cousins: Carol and Dale Jones and Cathy Hanson; brothers and sisters-in-law and their families: Mikie Reiser, Jackie Reiser, Mike Reiser, Ed & Bev Hulls, Sissy & John Tichenor, and Becky Bird and Debbie Browning.
Peggie was an incredibly loving person and devoted to her husband, Nony. She was kind, generous and fun to be with! She was a gifted seamstress, interior decorator and enjoyed doing many kinds of arts and crafts. She was an adventurous soul who loved riding 4-wheelers, fishing, cooking, camping, garden… as long as it was with or for Nony.
A memorial service is planned for immediate family and friends on April 10, 2021 and 1:00 pm at “The Fetty Family Pond” (Peggy’s favorite peaceful place) located at 31468 Fairview Road, Logan, Ohio 43138 with Minister Lynn Coleman of Grace House Church, Dayton, Ohio, officiating.
