Retha K. Nutter, 65, of Logan, Ohio, formerly of New Straitsville, passed away October 17, 2018 at Logan Care Center, Logan, Ohio. Retha was born September 5, 1953 in Nelsonville, Ohio to James J. Moore and Anne L. Wollett Moore. She was a 1971 graduate of Logan High School; retired from Smeads in 1995; attended the New Straitsville United Methodist Church; and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. Surviving are her son, Bryan (Kelly) Nutter of Logan; grandchildren, Hunter Nutter and Kaydie Nutter; mother, Anne L. Moore of Logan. Retha was preceded in death by her father. Funeral services were held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
