Rita K. Harden, 67, of Logan, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2018 at her residence. Rita was born June 6, 1950 in Logan, Ohio to Roy J. and Theda Sinift. She was a 1968 graduate of Logan High School; retired from Smead’s in Logan; loved sewing and flowers; member of the First Baptist Church of Logan; and loved her family. Surviving are her husband, James A. Harden; daughter, Wendy (Chris Boch) Krannitz of Logan; son, Joseph J. (Katy) Krannitz of Logan; grandson, Kyle Boch of Logan; brother, Allan E. Sinift of Logan; and many nieces and nephews. Rita was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold Lee Roy Sinift; and sister, Theda Raye Sinift. A memorial service was held at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2018, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Michael Okulich officiating. The family greeted friends for an hour before the service. At her request Rita has been cremated.
