Shannon LeRoy Singleton, age 49, of Murray City, Ohio, passed away January 12, 2022 at OSU Hospital of Columbus, Ohio
Shannon was born October 3, 1972 in Athens, Ohio to Charles Hanning and Vickie Cain. Shannon has always had a special view of the world and wanting to learn how things work, from tearing apart things as a child, to his adult hood as a 3rd Generation HVAC technician. He loved tinkering in the garage on special projects and on his motorcycle. Shannon always dreamed big and wanted to change the world, even with his dry sense of humor.
Surviving are his loving wife of 31 glorious years, Lorrie Singleton; mother, Vickie (Terry) Cain; daughters, BreAnna (Russell Layne) Singleton and Sierra (Brandon Burnette) Singleton; many nieces and nephews; and little apple head chihuahua, Rocket.
Shannon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill Azbell, Barbara Azbell, Murlin Wolfe, and Ruth Wolfe; brothers, Bradley and Steve Singleton; and mother-in-law, Patricia Kasler.
Calling hours were observed 2-4 pm and 6- 8 pm on Saturday, January 22, 2022, and 11 am-1 pm on Sunday, January 23, 2022.
Celebration of Life services were held at 1:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio with Tim Polling officiating. Family and friends were welcomed to share a short story if wanted during the service. Burial was in Salem Cemetery, Murray City, Ohio.
