Wilma Steward

Wilma Eileen Steward, age 95, of Logan, Ohio, passed away July 29, 2019 at Logan Care and Rehabilitaion, Logan, Ohio.

Wilma was born June 14, 1924 in Logan, Ohio to Samuel Terrell and Goldie (Mumford) Terrell. She was a former member of the E.U.B. Church for many years; was a 1942 graduate of Logan High School; loved to take care of her home yard; and loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Wilma was a loving wife and mother.               

Surviving are her sons, Charles (Connie) Steward of Logan and Samuel (Laura) Steward of Oklahoma City, OK; son-in-law Frederick K. Vaughan of Logan; and grandchildren, Blair (Jen) Steward of Logan, Bryan (Marcy) Steward of Mayfield Heights, Cleveland, Tony (Mandy) Steward of Oklahoma City, OK, and Mathew (Stacy) Steward of Wellsville, Missouri; 11 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 69 years, Charles William Steward; son Kenny Ray Steward; daughter Sandy Vaughan; grandson Stewart Vaughan; and sisters, Carie Aldine Terrell, Wanda Clorine Terrell, and Freda Maxine (Terrell) Guess.

A graveside service wasd held at 11 am at Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio, on Monday August 5, 2019

 The family suggests donation can be made to American Disabled Veterans.
