Zachariah “Zach” Courtright

Zachariah James Courtright, age 20, of Logan, Ohio, passed away November 16, 2021, at his home.

Zach was born April 19, 2001, in Lancaster, Ohio to Walter James Courtright and Rebecca Gordon Courtright. He was a 2019 graduate of Logan High School; a Jeff Hardy of WWE fan; a fan of OSU Buckeyes and Chicago Bears; and attended Logan Vineyard Church.         

Surviving are his mother, Rebecca Gordon Courtright; grandparents, Chuck and Edna Gordon of Sugar Grove, Grandma Snickels and Grandma Nellie Pugh; brothers, Bryan (Molly) Courtright of Lancaster, Randy (Jennifer) Courtright of Marysville, Ohio, and Caleb Courtright of Logan; sister, Lisa (Charles) Gordon of Bremen; brother-in-law, Chad Ward; godmother, Melanie (Rick) Hacker; aunts, Louwana (Steve) Hoops, Betty (Steve) Butcher, Mary (Dave) Saunders, and Diane Courtright; Uncle, Tom (Shirley) Courtright; and several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Zach was preceded in death by father, Walter “Jim” Courtright; favorite uncle, Raymond Courtright; sister Rebecca Ward.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastors Bill Fuller and Brian Neville officiating. Burial was in Laurel Township Cemetery, Gibsonville, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. on Tuesday November 23, 2021, and from 9 to 10 A.M. on Wednesday November 24, 2021, at the funeral home.
