Clara Naomi Peach, age 90, passed away January
26, 2018 at Kimes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Athens, Ohio, surrounded
by her family. She was a Devoted wife, loving mother and cherished grandmother.
She retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Lura Cox; husband, Leonard;
infant son, Danny Ray; brothers, Henry, Estel, James, Thomas, and Gail Cox; and
sisters, Mary Glissan, Daisy Conway and Zelma Russell.
“It’s not what you take when you leave this world behind you; it’s what you
leave behind you when you go.” Clara leaves behind, to cherish her memory,
sons, Gary of Greens Run, Terry (Janet) of Murray, and Robert of Columbus;
daughters, Rhonda of Columbus and #5 of Athens; granddaughter, Heather Mitchell
of Murray City; grandson, Michael (Hannah) Koppy of Logan; great-grandchildren,
Arlen and Ayla Mitchell of Murray City, and McKinnah Koppy of Logan; sister,
Linda Dildine of Whitehall; her best furry friend, Puddles; and many nieces,
nephews and cherished friends.
Viewing hours, for family and friends, were held at the Brown Funeral Home in
Murray City on Monday January 29, 2018 from 2-4 pm. There were no services as
per Clara’s wishes.
Private burial was in Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a veteran’s service
organization of your choice.
