Jane Ann Lytle Auker, age 87, of Logan, Ohio, passed away May 29, 2024, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Jane was born September 18, 1936, in Gibisonville, Ohio to Jesse Lytle and Goldie Tigner Lytle. She was a member of the First Union Church; enjoyed going to the Home Tavern; liked doing puzzles; loved when her kids would come and visit; and loved her dog Corki.
Surviving are her husband of 28 years, Larry Auker; sons, Jim Miller of Logan and Joe Miller (Becky Cottrill) of Logan; grandchildren, Mike (Kim) Miller and Lisa Miller (Brian McNamara); many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John D “Jack” Miller; daughter, Mary Ann Miller; brothers, Paul Lytle and Donald Lytle; and sisters, Ruth Unger, Phyllis Fletcher, Deena Rollins, and Sandra Goss.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday June 6, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Chaplain Joel Reid officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday June 5, 2024, and 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. on Thursday June 6, 2024.
