Charles Lloyd Crihfield, age 84, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away peacefully after a short illness July 12, 2024, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Charles was born January 31, 1940, in Nelsonville to Carl Crihfield and Kathleen Bailey Crihfield. He retired from Kroger’s; member of the Moose Lodge in Logan; member of the Amvets in Logan; loved to shoot; liked watching baseball and reading westerns; and attended the Village Church at Buchtel.
Surviving are his wife, Lucretia Crihfield; children, Kathy Brown, Tracy (Kay) Crihfield, Neil (Aimee) Crihfield, and Ronnie (Maria) Crihfield; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marqueeta Hartman, Clinton Crihfield, Sandra Ross, and Walter (Shirley) Crihfield; and friend, Edd Scott.
Charles was preceded in death by parents; sister, Carol Ann Terrell; and brothers, Edward Crihfield and Michael Crihfield.
A Celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
