Craig L. Spencer, 37, of Carbon Hill, Ohio
passed away July 4, 2018 at his residence.
Craig was born October 1, 1980 in Athens, Ohio to Michael and Susan Spencer. He
was a 2000 graduate of Nelsonville-York High School; and worked for
Anchor-Hocking in Lancaster.
Surviving are his wife, Janelle Spencer of Carbon Hill; son, Kaden Spencer of
Carbon Hill; parents, Michael and Susan Spencer of Murray City; brothers, Mark
and Steven Spencer, both of Murray City; life long friend, John Fuller; several
nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and in-laws, John and Judy
Lonberger of Glouster.
Craig was preceded in death by his grandparents, Desda and Elmer Spencer and
Lorena and Richard Kline.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the Brown
Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio with Adam Carlson officiating. Burial was in
Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 6-8 pm and Wednesday,
July 11, 2018 from 12:00 Noon to time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation be made to the funeral home to
help with funeral expenses.
