Mary L. Osborn, age 78, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away January 11, 2025, at Embassy of Logan, Logan, Ohio.

Mary was born July 30, 1946, in Lancaster, Ohio. She was a member of VFW Post #1380 Lancaster, Amvets post #1985 in Lancaster; enjoyed playing cards; loved yard sales; and her favorite holidays were thanksgiving and Christmas                             

Surviving are her son, Bradley (Montana); daughter, Sarah (Mike); 5 sisters, Loretta, Gloria & Charles Thornton, Theresa, Debra, and Cindra (William) Knighton; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Carrol Osborn; mother, Bernadine Anderson; father, William Hall; brothers, Richard and Robert; sister, Sharon Poston; and granddaughter, Tiffany.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday January 16, 2025, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Wednesday January 15, 2025.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with Mary’s funeral expenses.
