Janet Elizabeth (Riley) Hartshorn passed from this life on Saturday, March 11, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Donna (Patton) Riley; a brother Mark Riley; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Nelle Patton; and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Blanche Riley. Janet is survived by her siblings and their spouses, Pat and Jane (Ulichney) Riley; Deb (Riley) and Greg Fraunfelter; Don and Lissa (Galvin) Riley; Joe and Janet (Allen) Riley; David and Rose (Carrigan) Riley; and Barb (Riley) and Ed Flowers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; and special friend Angie Bach. Memorial services were held Sunday, April 9 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 69 E. Washington St., Nelsonville with Pastor Peter Galbraith officiating. Dinner was provided in the basement, after the service, for family and friends. Cremation was performed by Warren Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
