Robert Martin Horn Jr.

Robert Martin Horn Jr., age 63, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on June 27, 2020 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Robert was born November 7, 1956 in Shelby, Ohio. He served in the US Air Force, as a Huey Helicopter mechanic; a truck driver; worked in armed security for 10 years; and loved fishing, bowling, video games, and spending time with his grandkids.                         

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Barbara Horn; daughters, Melanie Horn of Lancaster and Tabitha Horn of Iowa; son Nathanial Horn of Grayson, KY; numerous brothers and sisters; mother Garnet Horn of Royalton; step-father Hoover Horn of Royalton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his father Robert Martin Horn Sr.; children, Carolyn Horn and Robert Matthew Horn; sister Ramona Horn; and brother Sam Horn.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial was in Amanda Northern Cemetery, Amanda, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed Thursday 11 am – 1 pm at the funeral home.

The family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.

Military graveside services were held by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
