Goldie Mae Postelwait, age 82, of Logan, Ohio, passed away July 18, 2020 at her residence.
Goldie was born March 31, 1938 in Ripley, WV to Clarence Anderson and Josephine Hanshaw Anderson.
Surviving are daughters, Laura (Jim) Herron of Logan, and Barbara Skaggs of Dayton; sons, Tauru “Tad” Murata of Logan, and William Postelwait of Logan; sister Linda (Jeff Rinehart) McManis of Logan; brother Gene Anderson of Pomeroy; grandchildren, Kimberly (Jeff) Abbott, Jennifer Herron, Jessica (Corey) Bapst, Sarah (Tim) Hoffer, Thomas (Ashley) Schein, and Amber (Villa) Lauren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Goldie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Henry Postelwait Sr., who passed in 1992; sons, James Henry Postelwaite Jr. and Larry Postelwait; 6 brothers; 3 sisters; and grandson James Henry Postelwait III.
At Goldie’s request, there were no services. Private burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Arrangements are by Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
