Robert E. Wolfe, age 72, of Logan, Ohio, passed away January 25, 2021 at University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Robert was born April 19, 1948 in Lancaster, Ohio to Claude Wolfe and Audrey Bell Wolfe. He graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1966; served in the US Army; retired from The City of Logan Parks and Cemeteries; and a member of the Logan Holiness Church, where he was past Treasurer and past Sunday School Superintendent.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Doris Wolfe; daughter Lenita (Jerome) Bell and grandchildren, Audrey (Brian) Catellier, and Seth Bell; son Robert (Lakisha) Wolfe and grandchildren, Shyann, and Olivia; brother Kenneth (Melinda) Wolfe; sisters, Faith (Carl) Kennedy, and Vera Nixon; and step-mother, Evelyn Ricketts.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 29, 2021, at the Logan Holiness Church, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Jason Fisher and Pastor Jerome Bell officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio where Military graveside services were conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
Calling hours were held from 4-7pm on Thursday at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Masks and social distancing are required to attend.
