Carol Nancy Tubbs, age 83, of New Plymouth, Ohio, passed away October 28, 2021.
Carol was born July 10, 1938, in Rapid City, South Dakota to Peter and Agnes L. Galligo. She was a Sioux Indian from Pine Ridge, South Dakota; retired from the Nursing Home she worked at in South Dakota; and lived in Phoenix, Arizona for several years before coming to Ohio.
Surviving are her children, Karen Napier and Jimmy Back; sister, Julia Savely of New Plymouth; nieces, Vickie (Jack) Patton of Logan, Charlene (Bobby) Cherry of Logan, Sherry (Paul) Kincaid of New Plymouth, Melissa Figgins of Logan, and Katherine Savely of Logan; nephew, James Richard Savely of Logan; and several other nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Dean Tubbs; son, Brian D. Tubbs; and siblings, Frankie Galligo, Pedro Galligo and Lillyann Grooms.
Private family services were held at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
