Eva I Eaton, 80, of Logan, Ohio passed away November 4, 2018 at Logan Care and Rehabilatation, Logan, Ohio. Eva was born September 6, 1938 in Logan, Ohio. She was a 1956 graduate of Logan High School; retired clerk for the East End Carry Out and a home health care aide. Eva was a member of the St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Logan, Von Bora Ladies Circle, Mission Sewing Circle, Eastern Stars Venus Chapter #76 PM, White Shrine of Jerusalem #51, Hocking Valley Shrine #51 PWHP, Mount Pleasant #57, Marion/Hocking Grange #2029, Pamona Grange #98, and was Junior Deputy Master of Hocking County for the Ohio State Grange; and a lifetime member of the Hocking County Historical Society. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Charles T. Eaton; son, Brian Eaton of San Bernardino, CA; granddaughter, Christine Kyle (Jeff Muston) of San Bernardino, CA; great-granddaughter, Addison; brothers, Dennis (Marsha) Wilson of Logan and Lonnie (Vicki) Wilson of Logan; amd sisters, Glenda Nihiser, Norma Rooker, Lori (Jack) Klump, and Nellie Miller, all of Logan. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Erma P. (Haddox) Wilson; special mother, Esther M. Wilson; son, Darin Eaton; sisters, Shirley Butler, and Mary Ellen Wilson; and brother, Larry D. Wilson. Funeral services were held at 11 am Saturday November 10, 2018 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Scott Smith and Pastor Betty Brooks officiating. Burial was in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Friday 2-8 pm at the funeral home. White Shrine service were held on Friday afternoon.
