Theresa Dawn Helber, 51, of Logan, Ohio passed away November 27, 2018 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan, Ohio. Theresa was born August 9, 1967 in Crum, West Virginia to John and Peggy Farley. She attended the Logan Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are her sons, Chuck Kuhn and Kevin (Lissy) Kuhn; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Lauren Kuhn; and special friend Melissa Sheward. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; and brother John Farley Jr.. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 11 am to time of service.
