Carlos Daniel Fields Jr., age 59, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away June 14, 2023, at University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Carlos was born December 18, 1963, in Hazard County, Kentucky to Carlos Daniel Fields and Etta Dickerson Fields. He loved his family; loved to be called Poppy; and was a crazy old grandpa.
Surviving are his wife, Twila Fields; children, Jaydayle (Mark Harmon) Robinson of Lancaster, Brianna (Moravian Latham) Fields of Lancaster, Alan Robinson of Newark, Alisha Robinson of Indiana, and Josiah Robinson of Pleasantville; grandchildren, Waylon Harford, Cole Harford, Gracelyn Harford, Jonah Robinson, Jordynn Fields, Kenzo Latham, Sora Latham, Legacy Robinson, and Theo Robinson; and his father, Carlos Daniel Fields of Lancaster.
Carlos was preceded in death by his mother and sister, Deborah Mollica.
The family wishes to thank Country Lane Gardens in Pleasantville for the care they gave Carlos.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with Carlos’ expenses.
