Marilyn Sue Brown, of Carbon Hill, passed away
December 15, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, with her family by her
side.
Marilyn was born March 19, 1941 in Perry County, Ohio to Charles and Murriel M.
Drake. She was a member of the Taylor Ridge Church of Christ; and worked at the
Community Bank of Glouster for many years.
Surviving are her husband 57 years, David N. Brown I; son David N. II (Carol)
Brown; daughter Barbara Brown; grandchildren, David W. (Mary) Brown, Scott
Brown, Kelsi (Kolby) Rogers, and Jeremy Moleski; 4 great-grandchildren; brother
Jim Drake; sisters, Karen (Dennis) Leniger, and Dorothy Drake Campbell; and
several nieces and nephews.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; brother Bill (Nancy) Drake; and
sister Carol Fagin.
At Marilyn’s request there were no services. The family will have a graveside
memorial at a later date.
Arrangements were by Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio.
