Jeanne Belle Buchman Bruce, 67, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away May 21, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center Lancaster, Ohio. Jeanne was born April 5, 1948 in Hollister, Ohio to Clarence E. and Dorothy M Buchman. She loved the outdoors; enjoyed fishing and crocheting; and loved her family and her grandchildren around her. Surviving are her husband, Sammy D. Bruce Sr. of Corning; loved by Alan Greenwood of New Lexington; children, Sammy D. (Lynn) Bruce Jr. of Andrews, S.C., Jana Lee Bruce of Athens, Beth Ann (Tony) Wilson of New Lexington, Dorothy Mae Young of Nelsonville, and Amy Lynn (Brad) Kirkpatrick of New Lexington; 23 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Carol (Don) Easterling of Murray City, Robert (Dian) Buchman of Hollister, and Larry (Sue) Buchman of Hollister. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; grandchild, Charles; sister and brother-in-law, Deanna and Bill Dotson; and brothers, Johnny and Michael Buchman. Calling hours were observed Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio.
