Alice Marvine Hartshorn, age 70, of Junction City, Ohio, passed away November 9, 2021, at her home.
Alice was born October 8, 1951, in Hocking County, Ohio to Walter Madison and Bertha Rosetta Beougher. She attended Morgan Chapel United Methodist Church of Rockbridge, Ohio and Calvary Baptist Church of Lancaster, Ohio.
Surviving are her sons, Tommy (Katrina) Beougher of New Lexington and Melvin L. (Heather Campbell) Hartshorn of Junction City; step-daughters, Jan (Mark) Wolfe of Logan and Karen (Dave) Shumaker; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Audrey (Phillip) Baker of Pickerington, Lawrence Beougher of Lancaster, Clarence Beougher of New Lexington, Clyde Beougher of Logan, Arlene (Don) Cook of Lancaster, Bernice McDonald of Chauncey, Millie Toole (Jim Hartshorn) of Logan, Allen (Connie) Beougher of Logan, Irvin Beougher of New Lexington, and Lois Beougher of Columbus; and many nieces and nephews.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin C. Hartshorn; grandson, Bryan Fauble; brothers, Howard Beougher and Roy Beougher; and sisters, Ruth Featherolf and Mabel Beougher.
Funeral services were held at 12:00 P.M., Monday, November 15, 2021, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Phillip Baker officiating. Burial was in Morgan Chapel Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed on Monday from 10 am to service time.
