Anita Baker, age 67, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away August 7, 2024, at her home. Anita was born May 27, 1957, in Groveport, Ohio to Aaron and Alma Spillman. Anita was a member of Joyce Myer Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible and watching Sunday Church services.
Surviving are her sons, James and Mark Baker; daughter, Jamie Baker; brother, Ronald Spillman; and sisters, Patty Spillman and Carolyn Spillman.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James “Keith” Baker; and daughter, Ericka Baker.
There will be no services at this time with a simple cremation being handled by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Donations are being accepted, through the funeral home, to help with final expenses.
