Arnold Devaney

Arnold O. “Odie” Devaney, 58, of Logan, Ohio passed away December 9, 2018 in Guysville, Ohio. Arnold was born April 11, 1960 in Huntington, West Virginia to Thomas B. and Ruth I. Devaney. He was a pipefitter / welder; and a hardwood floor technician. Surviving are his daughter Courtney (Kenny McCune) Devaney of Guysville; sons, Colton Devaney and Joe (Michelle Pickett) Poling both of Logan; grandchildren, Ariah Devaney, Kynleigh McCune, Kilee Devaney, Hailee Devaney, Samantha Poling, Willow Devaney, Mila Devaney, Ollie McCune, and C.J. Devaney; brothers Frank (Janet) Rogers of Hobe Sound, FL, and Joe (Mary) Rogers of Monroe, VA; sister Rhona Collins of Long Beach, MS; special friend Betty McGlothlin of Logan; brothers-in-law, Keith (Barbara) Flowers of Guysville, Kevin (Jennifer) Flowers of Dublin, and Bryan (Deanna) Flowers Sr. of Logan; mother-in-law and father-in-law Ruth and Ron Flowers of Logan; and several nieces and nephews. Arnold was preceded in death by his parents; and wife Carla D. Devaney, who passed away November 11, 2015. Funeral services were held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev Betty Brooks officiating. Calling hours were observed Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 11:00 am to time of service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
