Beau Newlun, age 58, of Buchtel, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2024, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan Ohio.
Beau was born February 6, 1966, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Lester “Bruce Sr.” and Virginia Newlun. Beau enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, playing video games, and spending time with his grandchildren. Beau also had no issue giving his personal opinion, whether requested or not.
Surviving are his mother, Virgina Newlun; children, Lindsey (Chuck) Humphrey and Nathan (Mackenzie) Newlun; 6 grandchildren, Noah Wilson, Colton Wilson, Lane Humphrey, Esme Humphrey, Benjamin Newlun, and Mabel Newlun; 3 sisters, Cindy Stumbo, Melinda (Paul) Barron, and Christina Koons; and euchre friends.
Beau was preceded in death by beloved wife, Sherry Newlun; father, Bruce Sr.; daughter, Ashley Newlun; and 2 brothers, Gary Vanbibber and Kenny Newlun.
There will be private calling hours held for family and friends prior to cremation at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio. Burial will occur at Whitmore Cemetery with his wife and daughter.
