Carolyn
Sue Lowry, 66, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away suddenly, surrounded by
her family, on October 10, 2016 at Mount Carmel East Hospital Columbus,
Ohio.
Carolyn was born September 10, 1950 in Nelsonville, Ohio to Cephus and
Joann Adams. She was a member of the Grace Apostolic Church of
Reynoldsburg.
Surviving are her husband, Mont Lowry Jr. of Whitehall; daughter, Laura
(Allen) Lowry of Whitehall; son, Michael (Renita) Lowry of Whitehall; 8
grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mont C. Lowry III,
who passed in December 2008; step-father, Donald Spencer; brothers, Joe
Adams and Gary Adams; and sisters, Sharon and Karen Spencer.
Funeral services were held 5:00 pm Monday, October 17, 2016 at the
Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Pastor Robert Linder
officiating. Burial will be in Connett Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio at a
later date.
Calling hours were observed Monday, October 17, 2016 from 2:00 pm to
time of service.
A Memorial Worship Service was held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 5:00 pm
at the Grace Apostolic Church 1170 Lancaster Ave. Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
