Chad E. Perry, age 48, of The Plains, Ohio, passed away January 20, 2025, at home in The Plains, Ohio.

Chad was born December 9, 1976, in Logan, Ohio to Ronnie E. Perry and Shelley R. Miller. Chad loved watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys Football.   

Surviving are his daughter, Shyanne Perry; girlfriend, Teri Shipley; best friend, Matt (Jamie) Woodson; cousins, Anthony (Britney) McDonald, Shawn McDonald, Brian Hoyd, Micheal Hoyd, Maria Hoyd, Sabrina Hoyd, Mellissa Hoyd, Rose Beougher and George Griffin; and dog, Jenga.

Chad was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie Perry and Shelley Miller, maternal grandparents, Lucy and Ray Turner; paternal grandparents; aunt, Hester Turner; and cousin, Donna Hoyd.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio.
