Surviving are his wife, Christina Slone, of Nelsonville; children, Lee Ann Slone of Columbus, Jennifer Dearth of Piketon, Ohio, Michael Dearth of Piketon, Ohio, and Devin Dearth of Piketon, Ohio; 2 grandchildren; sisters, Robin Freeman of Nelsonville, June Slone of Hazard, Kentucky, and Florence Fletcher of Nelsonville; and brother, Kelly Slone of Hazard, Kentucky.
