Christal L. Cook, age 57, of Logan, Ohio, passed away December 29, 2023, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Christal was born November 20, 1966, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Curt and Barbara Souders.
Surviving are her mother, Barbara Souders; and sons, Jason Cook of Logan and Derrick Cook of Columbus, Ohio.
Christal was preceded in death by her father, Curt Souders.
There will be no services at this time.
