Clark H. “Bud” Edwards, age 73, of Ada, Ohio, passed away on July 3, 2020 at Vancrest of Ada, in Ada, Ohio.
Clark was born June 20, 1947 in Athens, Ohio to Clark and Loretta Edwards. He worked for the Coca-Cola Company; was maintance for the rest stops in the state of Ohio; and owned and operated thrift stores in Chauncy and Kenton. Clark was known as a jokester and loved to travel the east coast. He would pack up in a moments notice and travel without a destination. His family gave him nicknames like “Gypsy” and “My dad the nomad”.
Surviving are children, Carol (Steve Drerup) Edwards, Rebecca (Greg) Dysert, Priscilla (Jason) Rushing, Karen (Jim) Moudy, Billy (Lisa) Lawson, and Durward (Barbara) Lawson; 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and sister Patricia Edwards.
Clark was preceded in death by his parents; and wife Karen Edwards.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 11 A.M. to time of service.

The family is requesting that visitors keep social distance and wear a mask.
