“Connie” Lee (Addis) Sayre passed away June 17, 2016 at her Nelsonville home. “Connie” was born May 21, 1946 to the late Bill and Winnie Addis. She was an avid animal lover; loved music; and loved her family and friends. Surviving are her three sons, Thaddeus Sayre of Buchtel, Shawn (Denise) Sayre of Pickerington, and Brett Sayre of Buchtel; four grandchildren, Mathew Sayre of Logan, Haylee and Kelsey Sayre of Pickerington, and Ashton Sayre of Buchtel; sibling, George (Helen) Addis of Buchtel; three nephews, Jeff, Scott, and Ronnie Addis; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Judy Hopstetter, Reba Akison, Rhonda Smith, and Debra Seymore. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Ernie Perkins officiating. Burial was in Conner Cemetery, Buchtel, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Wednesday from 9 AM till time of service.
