Dana R. White, 72, passed away August 3, 2024, at his home in Hideaway Hills, Ohio.
He was a retired Vocational Agriculture teacher, teaching his entire career at Miller High School in the Southern Local School District. He loved teaching and being an assistant football coach.
Dana was born on December 29, 1951, in Wilmington, Ohio to Thomas E. White and Marie (Kilburn) White. He was a 1970 graduate of Wilmington High School and went on to graduate from the Ohio State University with a BS in Natural Resources.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly White of North Carolina; brother, Gary White of Columbus; aunt, Mary Reynolds of Wilmington, Ohio; nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Dana was a lifelong outdoorsman, enjoying time in the woods, on the water, and with his friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, 204 W Main Street, Logan, Ohio on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 11 A.M., with visiting hours on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 4 to 8 pm.
