David Oscar Jackson, age 54, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly August 7, 2022.
David was born February 16, 1968, in Enterprise, Alabama to Jessie and Marie Jackson. David enjoyed going to his Church, Revive Church Hilltop, and spreading the word of the gospel around Columbus. In his free time, he enjoyed playing Raid Shadow Legends with his many online friends and community.
Surviving are his children, William Erwin, Michelle Hunt, Natasha Erwin, and Michael Scott Jr.; 10 grandchildren; brother, Joseph Jackson; church family; and beloved friends.
David was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Erwin; parents; and grandparents.
Graveside services were held at 3:00 PM, Friday, September 2, 2022, at Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Steven Steward officiating.
Memorial services were held at 4:00 PM, Saturday August 20, 2022, at Revive Church Hilltop located at 3220 Sullivant Ave, Columbus, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to the funeral home to help with burial expenses.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
