David Paul (Hogsett) Moore, age 29, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital, from sudden medical complications.
David was born June 5, 1994, to his biological parents, James Patrick and Mary Francis Hogsett. David loved spending time with his friends, Cameron Crabtree, Adam Meier, William Church, and Norbert Atem (owner of Restorative Health Care Services), and staff. David recently asked Jennifer Lamonte to marry him after a 5-year relationship and she accepted.
David is survived by his grandmother/mother, Christy L. Moore; biological mother, Mary F. Hogsett, aka Elizabeth A. Consoliver; biological father, James P. (Michelle L.) Hogsett; stepsisters and brothers-in-law, Seth (Leighann) Baker, Sean (Alexis) Shields, and Stacie Wixon; 8 nephews; 3 nieces; stepbrother, Phillip Lallemand; stepsister, Taylor Lallemand; grandparents, Paul and Judy Hogsett; uncle, Christopher Hogsett; aunts, Jil (Charlie) Broadwater and Noel (Craig) Clinton; and cousins, Aaron, Thomas and Natalie. David had a very special bond with his uncle, Keith E. Moore and his cousins, Austin and Maya Moore.
David is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, James Francis and Mary Elizabeth Gobel; grandfather, David E. Moore; and stepfather, Garland E. Consoliver.
Open Services were held at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home located at 204 West Main Street, Logan, Ohio, on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with Pastor James Dexter officiating a Celebration of Life for David at 7:00 P.M. A special song was sung by David’s friend, Cameron Crabtree, as well as a few words from friends and family in David’s memory.
