Deidre Elaine Slusher, 63, of Logan, Ohio passed away April 29, 2018 at her residence. Deidre was born January 24, 1955 in Logan, Ohio to Howard and Alice Slusher. She worked at First Chance Last Chance, Home Tavern, and Sam’s Place, all in Logan. Surviving are her long time companion of 25 years, Scott Dillon of Logan; sisters, Chris (Steve) Dickerson, Cathy (George) Burgess, and Tamara (Steve) Thompson; nephew, James Leonard; niece, Jennifer (Ben) Fickel; and nephew, Nathan Drew (Holly) Dickerson. Deidre was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Alice Slusher. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery, Maxville, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
