Donna S. Blayney, age 66, of The Plains, Ohio, passed away June 1, 2023, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Donna was born August 26, 1956, in Lynch, Kentucky to Raymond Dixon and Annette Higdon Dixon. She formerly worked for the Highway Department in New Lexington; was a member of the Church of God in New Lexington; loved to cook; active in a mental health advocacy group; and was a devoted mother.
Surviving are her son, Scott (Naomi) Kilbarger of Tucson.AZ; daughter, Patricia Thompson of Lancaster; granddaughter, Emma Kilbarger of Tucson, AZ; sister, Deb Manring of Shawnee; and several nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Freddy Dixon; and sister, Tammy Campbell.
Arrangements were by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.
