Elberta Rose Clark

Elberta Rose Clark, age 82, of Logan, Ohio, passed away February 22, 2020 at Logan Care and Rehabilitation, Logan, Ohio.

Elberta was born September 3, 1937 in Kermit, West Virginia to Clarence and Ruby (Jarrell) Salmons.                              

Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Jacob Clark; daughters, Sherri (Todd) Pennington of Logan and Djuana “Dee Dee” (Nick Pugliese) Sayers; step-children, David (Cathy) Clark of Ft. Worth, Texas and Jake Clark of Columbus; grandchildren, Derek (Amber) Branham, Justin (Jessica) Smith, Jordan Sayers, and Courtney (Mike) Castronovo and Hayleigh & Rylee; step-grandchild Nicole Clark; great-grandchildren, Peyton Smith, Valura Smith, and Silas Smith; sister Nellia Nelson of Arkansas; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marianne & Larry Girardin; and several nieces and nephews.

Elberta was preceded in death by her parents; step-daughter, Dawn Clark; 2 sisters; and a brother.

Services were held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio, with calling hours from 5 to 8 P.M., and funeral service at 8 P.M. with Pastor Betty Brooks officiating.

Graveside services and burial were conducted at Spring Valley Memorial Gardens, Huntington, West Virginia on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 12 Noon.
