Fredrick Allen Reed, age 59, of Logan, Ohio, passed away May 28, 2023, at Embassy of Logan, after an extended illness.
Fred was born August 31, 1963, in Lancaster, Ohio to John H. and Cora L. Reed. Fred loved the freedom of the outdoors, mowing the yard, gardening in his eight flower beds, fishing, sitting lakeside taking it all in, and going to yard sales with his wife, Darlene.
Surviving are his loving wife of 37 years, Darlene L. Reed; step-daughter, Wendy L. (Matthew) Reed; brother, James (Tina) Bailey, sister, Evelyn (Curt) Roush; mother-in-law, Leora Johnson; and numerous grandchildren.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents, John and Cora Reed; sister, Bertha N. Reed; and brother, Johnny Reed.
There was a private family viewing for Fred with cremation following.
