Melvin Gary Lloyd, age 63, of Logan, Ohio, passed away September 25, 2024, at residence.
Gary was born October 20, 1960, in Tampa, Florida to Marvin Gilbert Lloyd and Mary Lloyd. He loved music and had a band “Aces High,” enjoyed Hot Rods; rode quads; and drove Remote Controlled Cars.
Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Diane Lloyd; son, Jaxon Gary Lloyd; stepdaughter, Miranda Oliver; daughter, Mary Jo Gonzales; stepson, Wesley Oliver; and grandchildren, Arden Arbogast, Rome Arbogast, Nick Arbogast, Jacob Arbogast, and Austin Arbogast.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Christina “Tina” Lloyd.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 30, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Chuck Fidler officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed 5 – 8 P.M. on Sunday, September 29, 2024.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
