Harmony Brooklynn Rayne Carsey, 2, of New Straitsville, Ohio passed away January 8, 2016 at her residence. Harmony was born August 17, 2013 in Athens, Ohio to Tylor and Crystal Carsey. Surviving are her parents; siblings, Camoren, Izayiah, and Joselynn Carsey; grandparents, Tammy Carsey, Andy Rutter, Yvonne Reed, and Larry Steele; great-grandparents, Larry & Pam Jarvis, Eva Steele, Gloria Reed, and Bob & Linda Smathers; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Harmony was preceded in death by her grandparents, David Williams, Harry Steele, Leon Reed; great-great grandparents, Wilma & Paul Bartlett, and Audrey Reed; and great aunt Christy Williams. Funeral services were held 3:00 pm Sunday, January 17, 2016 at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home Nelsonville, Ohio with Pastor Lew Dunnells officiating. Burial was in Asbury Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio. Calling hours were observed Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 1-3 pm at the funeral home. The family suggests donations can be made to Warren-Brown Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
