Hazel P. Carroll, age 76, of Logan, Ohio, passed away June 29, 2020 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan, Ohio.
Hazel was born September 3, 1943 in New Straitsville, Ohio to Walter Pearl Glenaman Sr. and Hazel Lucille Coffman Glenaman. She was a 1961 graduate of Shawnee-New Straitsville High School.
Surviving are her daughter Melanie H. Carroll of Logan; daughter-in-law Sheri Glenaman of Huron, Ohio; granddaughter Grace Glenaman of Huron, Ohio; special cousin, Mike Stephenson of Logan; and her dog, Callie Jo.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John J. Carroll, who passed away in 2002; son Todd F. Glenaman; and siblings, Francis Glenaman, Pearl Lawson, Walter Glenaman, Jr., Frank Glenaman, Lewis Glenaman, Shirley Mathena, Lucy Miller, and Grace Azbell.
Burial was Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at Beech Grove Cemetery, Perry County, Ohio with Pastor Tim Poling officiating.
Arrangements were by Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
