James Robert Nichols, age 59, of Haydenville, Ohio, passed away March 15, 2022, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan, Ohio.
Bob was born March 21, 1962, in Akron, Ohio to Jim Trim and Ruth Williams. He was raised by Lenomia Nichols. He was an outdoorsman and a workaholic, so having the opportunity to own his own lawn care business was a perfect fit. Bob also loved helping others with their projects; and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids
Surviving are his wife, Debbie Malone Nichols; daughter, Brittany (Noah) Lytle; step-daughter, Billie Jo New of Lancaster; step-sons, Robert Malone of Lancaster, and Brad (Laura) Malone of Logan; grandchildren, Odin Lytle, Nicholas Malone, Brenlee Malone, and Shyanne Perry; sister, Debra Thomas-Wrixon; brother, Billy Williams Jr.; and sister, Janice Williams Harbaugh.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother that raised him, Lenomia Nichols; birth mother, Ruth Williams; father, Jim Trim; brother, Michael Pratt Williams; and sister, Rejenea Thomas Walsh.
Funeral services were held at 1 P.M., Monday, March 21, 2022, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial was in New Plymouth Cemetery, New Plymouth, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed on Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service, on Monday, at the funeral home.
