Janice S. Grove, age 83, of Logan, Ohio, passed away August 29, 2024, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.
Janice was born October 7, 1940, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Albertis and Mary Hawk.
Surviving are her son, Michael (Teresa) Grove of Logan; daughter, Jackie (Tom) Culbertson of Logan; grandchildren, Erica (Kyle) McDaniels, Tara (Ryan) Montgomery, Jeremy (Heather) Grove, Tisha (Randy) Montgomery, Brittainy (Logan) Flanagan, Kaylee Culbertson, Jennifer (Danny) Millhouse, and Melinda (Sil) Carr; great-grandchildren, Ian McDaniels, Kaden McDaniels, Kamryn McDaniels, Rylee Montgomery, Caroline Montgomery, Rory Montgomery, Ripley Montgomery, Owen Grove, Spencer Grove, Henry Grove, Oliver Montgomery, Madalyn Flanagan, Jaxon Flanagan, Ashley Millhouse, Abagail Millhouse, and Jordan Davidson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Porter Wayne (Sandy) Grove of Logan; and special cousin, Allen McMillin.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William E. “Bill” “Sonny” Grove, who passed away September 23, 2022; oldest son, William Lester “Butch” Grove; and great-grandchild, Sunny Jade Culbertson.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday September 1, 2024, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Chuck Fidler officiating. Burial was in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed Sunday from 1 to 2 P.M. at the funeral home.
