Jason Mathew Beckley, age 44, of Lancaster, OH. passed away late on November 29, 2023, in a car accident.
Jason was born May 25, 1979, in Circleville, Ohio to Dennis Lee Beckley and Karen Lynn Beckley. Jason graduated from Bloom Carroll High School in 1997.
Jason was a man that was noticed with his charming smile and confident stature, his interests included luxury vehicles, creating homemade microbrews, playing cello and had an eclectic music interest. Jason also enjoyed independently seeking knowledge in history, family heritage, and Christianity. Most of all Jason will be remembered for his ability to make others laugh, sense of humor and animated story telling.
Surviving are his sons, Devon Matthew Beckley and Kullen Thomas Beckely; parents, Dennis Lee Beckley (Tammy Saxton Radvanyi) and Karen Lynn Beckley; brother, Dennis Patrick Beckley; sisters, Sarah Jane Beckley, Meagan Michelle Arepalli, and Mallory Ann Clouse; grandfather, Ray Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
There was a private visitation held on December 2, 2023, prior to his cremation. Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
A Celebration of Life was held at Hocking Hills State Park Campground on January 20, 2024, for the 59th Annual Winter Hike. His loved ones interested in hiking in Jason’s memory congregated at the Campground shelter house at 9 am. This was an event Jason enjoyed attending with his family and friends.
Memorial services were held at 3 pm, on January 20, 2024, at Cornerstone Alive Church, 350 Park St. Lancaster, Ohio 43130. There were food and refreshments following the services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Cornerstone Alive Church, 350 Park St. Lancaster, Ohio 43130 to help with Jason’s Memorial expenses.
