Jeffery Alan Webb, age 66, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away May 24, 2024, at his residence.
Jeff was born July 27, 1957, in Zanesville, Ohio to Ralph Webb and Delores Maxwell Webb. He graduated from Morgan High School; served in the US Marine Corps; loved being an asphalt operator; life member of the NRA; loved hunting, fishing, trap shooting, and turkey shoots; and he loved to tell stories.
Surviving are his wife, Christy Webb; children, Steven (Lisa) Young of Nelsonville, Melissa Webb of McConnellsville, Marie Watts of Ashtabula, and Heidi (David) Stumbo of Nelsonville; Mike Guseman and Robert Bentley, who were like his sons; grandchildren, Caden Young, Collin Young, and Mervin Daluka Stumbo; Ray McDaniel, Linda Guseman, and Vallie Guseman, who were like a grandchildren; and siblings, Diane Wagner of Waterford, Debbie Cain of Illinois, Jim Webb of Stockport, Tim McCoy of Stockport, and Ralph Webb of Unionville.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Brandy Rae Webb; and father-in-law, Dale Young.
Funeral services were held at 11 A.M., Wednesday May 29, 2024, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Tom Dishong officiating. Burial was in Beverly Cemetery, Beverly, Ohio, where Military graveside services were held.
Calling hours were observed 6 – 8 pm Tuesday May 28, 2024, at the funeral home.
