Kimberly Matheny-Craig, age 57, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away July 31, 2024, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Kim was born June 24, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio to James and Kathleen Matheny. Kim loved caring for people, weather that be family, friends, or others she cared for when she was a STNA. Kim spent her life as a compassionate soul and lived life to the fullest. She will be dearly missed by all that had known her.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Craig Sr.; children, Kayla Craig, Chaz (Nakayla) Craig, and Jimmy Allen; grandchildren, Addison Gibbs, SJ Durette, and Calvin Craig; sisters, Kara (Steve) Bless and Lora (Bill) Francis; nephews, Larry (Nakayla) Blankenship, Shane (Sherry) Romey, Trey (Janasha) Bless, Seth (Ashley) Janey, and TJ Haines; and many friends.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents; close sister, Kristina Haines; and several other siblings.
There was a private viewing and service at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
