Lisa Ann McDonald, age 65, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away October 4, 2024, at the Laurels of Athens surrounded by her loving family after an extended illness.
Lisa was born April 12, 1959, in Nelsonville, Ohio to John and Kathleen Snyder. Lisa loved spending time with and spoiling her family and grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching football. Lisa loved the Michigan Wolverines and spent a lot of time cursing the Browns.
Surviving are her children, Jason (Jestinah) McDonald, Jeremy McDonald, Tyler McDonald, Paige (Ryan Hine) McDonald; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild on the way; siblings, Rosann (Rick) Russell, Chuck (Liz) Snyder, Cathy Whiteman, and Mike Snyder; and several nieces and nephews.
Lisa was preceded in death by parents, John and Kathleen Snyder; significant other, Ernie Morris; and brother-in-Law, Bob Whiteman.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM, Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Brown Funeral Home of Murray City, Ohio with cremation following. There will be a burial at Greenlawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be observed from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024, prior to the services.
